To us, Magdalene is not just a name—it’s a sacred title and a lineage of divine feminine wisdom. Rooted in the Hebrew word migdal, meaning “tower” or “watchtower,” Magdalene represents strength, vision, and the sacred responsibility to hold space for transformation.
It is a path of empowerment, healing, and alignment with the divine, calling women to reclaim their voice, honor their truth, and embody their sacred connection.
At Magdalene Rising Collective, we believe that every woman carries the essence of Magdalene within her. This essence calls her to rise into her fullest potential, to walk the path of self-awareness, and to embody her divine feminine wisdom. The Magdalene Rising Collective is proud to launch our new podcast exploring the spirit and narrative of the Marys alternative to that in the Bible. This series is a heartfelt dive into the lives of those inspired by Mary Magdalene, Mother Mary, and the wisdom of the Divine Feminine.
We’ll be talking with a diverse group of authors, artists, priestesses, and women priests who have had profound experiences with the divine feminine , a mary or Jesus himself. We hope to carry forward the story of the Mary Priestesses as visionaries, circle-makers, and powerful healers. As circle facilitators ourselves, we are deeply moved by the idea that Mary Magdalene circled in the name of the Good—a profound reminder of the power of connection and collaboration which is what we hope to foster with the conversations here.
